CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that unexpected situations can arise, leading to the need for appointment cancellations. If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, we kindly request that you promptly inform Studio Metamorphosis by sending an email to studiometamorphosis.co@gmail.com, allowing us to reschedule your appointment accordingly. Please note that if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, a cancellation fee of 30% of your service fee will be applied.
